Something that won’t cause me pain.I tried 1/2 of a Fiber con, thought I was gonna die from the pain!!!!

    Check your yellow pages for Health Foods products Nature Sunshine. They have a Taoi He Cleanse. It is a ten day cleanse. You take it 30 minutes before you eat. I have had the lap band and this is the best thing out there. Only thing is you must take a packet of pills with a glass of water, you may have to wait longer than thirty minutes before you eat, but it does make a HUGE difference. It costs about 30.00 and I use it once or twice a year

    You DO NOT NEED Detox/cleansing – nature takes care of things without help. Don’t be so stupid…talk this over with your Dr.
