Hi I started to exercise January of Last year and I ate chicken, whey protein and oat meal everyday for four months. I began to notice my friends and classmates saying that I smell bad around the month of April. I did everything possible to have a good (God like) hygiene, and stopped eating protein all together. No garlic, curry ,onions, or dairy products anymore. But even today I have a funky smell to me (like sweat even about an hour after taking a shower). I have tried various deodorants, soaps, and body sprays, even went to two doctors (endocrinologists) who were of no help.
MY QUESTIONS:
1)So can eating excess protein (Everyday) might have cause
some disease inside me?
2)Can colon cleanse help my body odor?(safety)
3)Can eating vitamin B, magnesium tablets, chlorophyll
tablets, and zinc tablets help?

no it wont make you body odor stink it may when you sweat only thing i know is yur piss will stink

1) Kinda. Not diseases, but HUGE excesses may cause problems..but I doubt you were even close to the limit.
2) If your b/o is gas. Sounds like you just need to shower more.
3) Umm, why would they? Do you even know what they all do?

When my husband takes protein supplements and he stinks only because it gives him bad gas.

Usually when people suffer from bad body odor despite showering and stop eating certain foods, I usually assume it is some sort of gland problem. Which is why you saw some endocrinologists, funny they didn’t have any answers.

No but it will cause harm to your digestive system. This problem might just be a minor problem or a major one. But first you need to start all over again. You need to be like a normal human being again. You need to eat protein again. You need to eat and not restrict yourself of anything. Because not eating something causes harm too.

3. No, vitamins taking in excess or unnecessarily is bad.
Using too many deodorants, soaps, etc will only make things worse. Many Hygiene Products have harmful chemicals.
You should start eating protein again, eat things you like again. Take a regular shower again. Bascially, do everything like you used to for a month or so. Moderation is key to good health. And don’t be stressed out.
If after you have done everything and it does not help, I suggest that you go see a herbalist (a Chinese veteran herbalist). Or you can do it right now.
