If it is from over the counter, I believe you can do it twice. But read the bottle for directions. I wouldn’t do it if you have serious problems.

It is one of the best, not only does it cleanse the colon but It helps to control blood pressure and promotes heart health. Some people get the effects right away while others it takes up to 8 hours so make sure the first time you take it you have enough time to wait and “GO!” as soon as you can.
Some of the side effects you may get are stomach pain, nausea, gas, and/or diarrhea. However if you experience muscle weakness, a decrease bowel movements, blood in the stool, mood changes, or dizziness. Contact your doctor.

I have used this for a while and it seems to work really well for me but everyone is different it is safe as long as you know you don’t have any allergic reactions a lot of doctors actually even recommendd it.

    Good luck! :o )
