Colon Cleanse is a lot more effective I call it Colon BLOW… Laxative is effective but not as effective as a colon cleanser is. Go with what you can find and/or afford.

Colon cleanse: If you’re going the pill/cleanse regime route, you take various herbs that are supposed to help your body get rid of all of the toxins in the intestinal tract (cleaning out any stool on the intestinal walls also). These usually have a natural laxative effect. If you go the hydro colon cleanse route (colonics) you’re usually getting an enema, maybe with herbs and maybe also with laxatives/fiber.

A laxative is a medication/food that promotes the bowels to move either by lubrication, stimulation, etc. Laxatives can be habit forming (ie, if you take them a lot, you may get constipated if you go off of them). And…colon cleansing is though by some to be quackery.

According to science, 1 cost more than the other. 1 has a real use and the other doesn’t

Colon cleanse is an absolute solution for sleeplessness, chronic fatigue, overall malaise and lack of energy. It has also got the solution for overall problems related to digestion and overweight. By colon cleanse not only all these restlessness can be cured but the body gets enough and the ability to function. It is the best means to generate the body for absorption of proper nutrients and boost the immune system of the body. It is also very effective in the process of improving all areas of cellular function.
