It’s supposed to help get rid of waste that they say can be stuck in the colon. So you could lose 10 pounds or more that you wouldn’t be able to with exercise. It sounds like it could just be a laxative. Anyone ever tried it? Does it work?
Some feed back on IBS??? I have to live on flax seed oil colon cleansers and laxatives or its bloating back pain etc. any diet suggestions?

from the stuck inside me that hasn’t been ‘released’. I thought about laxatives but would they really clean out my colon or large intestine or whatever?? Im a 16yr old female, btw. Fiber??
