i have crihns 4 about a couple year. recently, i having my flare up but it was not so serious.later after that, i miss my period that i should have 4 this month.is it due to the flare up bcpz it never happen 2 me b4.somebody out there especially those with crihns that used 2 [...]

I have cronhs and i feel that i get worse when i do some heavy activity. is that true that physical activities affect me ? i feel when i work alot in work that i am in bad shape is that true. if yes, is there any resources ?
