i was just diagnoised with celiac disease and im trying to cope with it. i already have many other health issues such as acid reflux disease, asthma, some kind of sleeping disorder that i cant quite figure out, and im bipolar. i dont know much about celiac and im trying to learn more about it. I just need some advice because my girlfriend has crohns and Im really worried because she thinks its been acting up again. She hasn’t been feeling well lately and been having really bad stomach pains.
we have her weekends, she is only seven and not really sure what we can give her. we have asked her mum for a list of foods but she is not very helpful if anyone could help we would be grateful
