I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about a year and a half ago, but I have basically no symptoms. Does anyone have it and has been able to reintroduce gluten back into their diet at some point in their life?

I just need some advice because my girlfriend has crohns and Im really worried because she thinks its been acting up again. She hasn’t been feeling well lately and been having really bad stomach pains.

we have her weekends, she is only seven and not really sure what we can give her. we have asked her mum for a list of foods but she is not very helpful if anyone could help we would be grateful
