ok so i haven’t really had a decent BM since tuesday, and that was after a week of being constipated. i’m in pain right now. benefiber works, but it stops after a while. can i get magnesium citrate at walgreens (or any other drugstore) or is there some specific brand i need to use?

Is magnesium citrate safe to use as a colon cleanse?
